Why does it take so long to receive my payments?

Payment Delays

We issue payments to clients weekly, on Tuesdays. If you are on a direct deposit you can expect to see the funds settle into your account within 3-5 business days. If you haven’t received your funds by the 10th - 15th of the month it could be because your resident hasn’t paid rent, you had unpaid bills, or another issue. Please reach out to your Property Manager so that they can assist.
