Who’s responsible for the lawn?

It’s the responsibility of the tenant to take care of the lawn, unless the lease says otherwise.

As your responsibility, you’ll need to water it regularly and mow and weed it when necessary. You’ll also be responsible for snow removal and fall leaf clean-up.
