Move-Out Process

We perform detailed move out reports using our state of the art condition reporting system. We can generate comparison reports using the move in, annual walkthroughs and move out reporting. From there we will review and conduct an audit to determine what damages, if any, are to be billed against the resident deposit. We will perform all deposit accounting, including sending out the settlement statement per WA State Landlord Tenant Law. This entire process must be finished within 21 days.
