Troubleshooting Showing Access

Location Settings aren’t working:

-You must have access to cellular data.

- Make sure that ShowMojo has access to your exact location on your smartphone. Prospects who refuse to provide ShowMojo access to their location will not receive an access code.

- Showmojo will inform you what settings you may need to update on your smartphone. 

-  Showmojo may provide an anti-fraud warning that you must review and agree to. 

- If you have a VPN, it will need to be turned off. 

 

The code isn’t opening the lockbox:

 

 

 

What is the serial number? 

-The serial number is the eight digit large white number on the bottom of the lockbox.

If you can’t find the lockbox:

-Make sure that you are at the correct property location.

- Double check the address on the property and pull up a photo of the listing to ensure you are at the correct door. 

-Check all doors at the property. 

-Ensure you are there within 30 minutes before or after your showing. The link will not work outside of that time frame.
