Our court-tested lease has clauses regarding the resident adhering to all HOA rules and regulations. If there is a violation we will work directly with the resident and HOA to resolve it. Any fines will be billed directly to the resident. If the matter needs to be escalated we will coordinate with our legal team to issue the 10-day compliance notice per WA Landlord Tenant Law.
