Entering a New Payment Method using the Resident Portal

If the Left-Hand Tool Bar is closed, click on the 3 line action button to expand:

Click on My Payments:

Click on Add Payment Account:

Enter information completely and accurately. Please note, entering incorrect Routing or Account Numbers are the most common issue and will result in a returned payment. Please check thoroughly before proceeding:

Save your entry and your New Payment method is available for use:
